Intro to our topic:
So today I came up with the idea of writing something on our old fashion trends and the modern trends and also a bit about futuristic trends. We all know that currently we are living in 2022, and on this year many trends have come and are on the way of reaching to us. This year till date I found people wearing knitted cardigans, sleeveless sweaters , leather skirts, pleated satin skirts , and pumps. But yaa I am loving the way how everything is getting back together but also I feel like that nowadays there isn’t much new to be brought!! Anyways let’s see what’s written next…
Modern or 90s ?

Okay!!! So, which one would you choose if you are asked to? I hope this isn’t a difficult question or even an easy one. To be more precise, it’s even confusing for me! As everywhere around us , the trends, the aura and the all-over scenario isn’t a simple one! We can see people following modern trends along with people following 90s trends. To be honest , both have a different vibe. But after such e detailed thinking i prefer the so called ‘Modern’ trend as for me modern trends mean creating a new one or recreating the old one. If we purely use the solid old trends without recreating them , then the same cycle would continue through all the decades!! And if we try to make something new out of the old one…then I think we can update our tastes , lifestyles with a new touch and even show our creative side.

|The Trend Cycle|
As we were talking about the differentiation between the 90s and modern ….I shared my thoughts regarding the modern trends and slightly mentioned the “Trend Cycle”.
What is a Trend Cycle?
The fashion trend cycle refers to the process of introducing and popularizing a new trend, which happens in five key stages: introduction, rise, acceptance, decline, and obsolescence.
It has generally always been said that the fashion trend cycle works on a 20-year turnaround, meaning that trends will find themselves back in popularity every 20-ish years. Although the timings may not always be strictly 20-years, we can see from history that past fashion trends always find their way back.

Epilogue –
All that we gained from the latter is preserved well and recreated into new!
